If you look at the list of questions, those are all really solid questions that I would support being asked and inquired about.

I'm not sure what "conciously failed" means, and I think that the idea that it was deliberate on the part of the government is highly unlikely.

At a minimum, shame on the guy for not paying more attention before he signed it.

Just out of curiosity, where can I find a link where those questions from the petition are answered? I'm trying to keep up here.

I'm making an educated guess here, but I suspect it doesn't exist. Because of the excessive wording about it being deliberate on the part of the government, I'm sure it was basically ignored and squashed.

Well, I don't see what is wrong with wanting answers to those questions. I'm rather curious myself after reading that list.

Just to help out, "consciously failed" means it was a deliberately permitted to occur by the government.
