No idea. It's pretty amazing how small groups of individuals can exercise this amount of power versus the largest institutions.

I wish I had a botnet... for 4 or 5 months I had web-browser level control over ~40,000 computers (meaning the individual had to be logged into a certain social-networking site). /sigh. I didn't code it well enough to be able to dynamically update the instructions.

The conspiricy theorist in me says these are staged/falsified by the Gov to push that cyber control agenda they test marketed earlier in the year. "See! Haxorz are teh ramp3nt, Obama n33ds teh off switch noobz!"
