Men get called all kinds of things too, like douchebag, *******, ****, etc. When was the last time you heard a woman called an *******?

I don't see any good reason to avoid slurs against women specifically.

Because the slurs against women are nearly always sexual in nature, and reduce them to nothing more than that.

Come up with new material, then.

Why? Are you just against slurs in general, or only if they're against women, or only if they reduce people sexually, or only if they reduce women sexually, or what?

The slurs against men are generally pretty sexual or scatalogical, and "reduce them to nothing more than that." I don't see any good reason not to express dislike or disgust with someone in that way, nor any reason to specifically avoid slurs when discussing women.
