Both hilarious and sad. Reporter responds to a report of a burglary, with the burglars possibly still inside. He waits for the police on the front porch with the woman who called.

Very few. I believe at some point they will nuke the department and turn everything over to the county. They did the same thing where I work in Pontiac, it has gotten a little better. If I have to call 911 someone shows up.
