This was a prank, apparently...however the article I read earlier said an agent with the NTSB actually confirmed that those were the names. *sigh*

Journalistic integrity or not, it's mind boggling that those names made it on the air, and were actually pronounced out loud by the anchor, without anyone .... noticing?

According to the 6 o'clock newscast on KTVU 2, the person from the NTSB that confirmed those names was an intern that had no authority to be confirming anything. Guess he won't be an intern for much longer. :derp:
