13) “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”

Looks like classic Alinsky Rules for Radicals to me.

While it does seem that the total number of hurricanes hasn't increased, there is apparently increasing evidence to show that the intensity of those hurricanes is increasing due to warming trends.

I'm pretty sure there are more conservatives who know who Alinsky is than liberals.

Amongst the general population? Absolutely. The use of propaganda and misinformation is only effective when seeking to recruit the clinically ignorant ant the willfully uninformed. The tactics of Alinsky don't seek to convert an informed opposition, and win the argument.
