Lost another old friend over the weekend. Three friends of my youth lost so far this year. All younger than me, but not by much. Primal scream of rage, none of them had even hit 60 yet. All from natural causes, various organs failing. Good freaking Loki, its only March, I'm not liking the pattern here. If you don't hear from me for awhile, Katas knows how to find out why. Graaaaaarrr!!!! |

Thank you folks. Losses are expected. Two of them I'm not all that surprised at, based on long term lifestyle choices. The last one came out of the blue and it was a condition I didn't know about. It is just the close timing on these passings, and the knowledge that any of us can be next. If it isn't natural causes it can be anything else, accidents, random violence, unknown or uncommon hazards. Really I'm surprised we didn't lose more people (in general) this winter with the freaky cold. Doing better now. Be safe, live long happy lives. Thanks again. |
