Quote:
When future generations look back on the global-warming scare of the past 30 years, nothing will shock them more than the extent to which the official temperature records – on which the entire panic ultimately rested – were systematically “adjusted” to show the Earth as having warmed much more than the actual data justified.

Apparently, more data is surfacing to suggest that the claims of climate activists and HIGCC proponents are overstated or possibly even fabricated. The arguments being put forth center on the fact that the various climate reporting agencies are normalizing temperature trends to show warming, while their own raw data suggests something very different.

Mostly, I post this because someone who posts here keeps speaking as if skepticism is completely baseless and the science is absolutely clear, when it is far from it.

The problem with climate change currently is that the discussion is driven by socialists who are mortally offended by the thought of anyone using the product that made Rockefeller wealthy, at the expense of scientific inquiry and technological advancement. The scientists who research the Earth's climate are prohibited from acknowledging what they do not know, because that would undermine the political agenda.

Inexplicably, all climate reports published in the US for the public had the temperature data multiplied by 9, divided by 5, and then 32 added to the result, thereby inflating the temperatures!
