Congress pays clergy $66,000 an hour to pray. That's some inefficient spending off your tax dollars. I believe you could get Hindu clergy to do this from India for less than minimum wage in the USA. |

The government isn't all that good at outsourcing things. They'd be more likely to eliminate the position and get a contractor to do it for 3 times the cost per hour and claim they "saved money" on the benefits and by only paying on the days duty was performed. Haliburton probably has some available. |

I bet there are Muslim clergy who would be willing to do it for free, as long as they don't get searched entering the building. |
