Congress pays clergy $66,000 an hour to pray. That's some inefficient spending off your tax dollars. I believe you could get Hindu clergy to do this from India for less than minimum wage in the USA.

The government isn't all that good at outsourcing things.

They'd be more likely to eliminate the position and get a contractor to do it for 3 times the cost per hour and claim they "saved money" on the benefits and by only paying on the days duty was performed.

Haliburton probably has some available.
