Guess who said that. I was shocked!

I'm not aware of clickbait from Pulitzer Prize winning newspapers, but I could be wrong.

No, your attempt at clickbait didn't work. The proper format goes:
Title - You'll be SHOCKED to learn (something)
and then you really need to overhype it in the text of the article.

Okay...who is that woman and what has she done to Nancy Pelosi???

/faints in shock

Honestly I have never liked Nancy Pelosi, but if she actually meant what she said in that quote, then I may have to adjust my opinion of her...very slightly...for now.

We don't need to worry about implicitly criticizing the voters' judgement any more, we just call them "deplorables" or "white nationalists" or "racists" right to their face now.

Between this and the first round of media attacks against Antifa over the past two weeks I'm guessing that the DNC has done some internal polling and found that "The Resistance" and violence in the streets aren't sitting well with the American electorate, and that they were linked with Democratic politicians very unfavorably.
