Justice Kennedy retired today. It is rumored that Clarence Thomas will be retiring as soon as his seat is filled. Ruth Bader Ginsberg won't last another 5 years.

Donald Trump will now shape the 100 year future of jurisprudence in America.

He introduced the Senate precedent change that allowed lesser Federal judges to be confirmed with a simple majority to end a filibuster, which justified McConnell extending it to USSC nominations, and leading to Gorsuch. Now, we will hopefully get 3 more nominations under Trump and ensure the Constitution stays the Constitution and does not say "whatever Sonia Sotomayor thinks is good for Hispanic people."
