Because the Catholic church in D.C. was one of the main opponents of the decision, perhaps? Disgusting display by the D.C. gov't, and I hope they pay for it. If they have to pick up the slack for social services now provided by the Catholic church, it'd serve them right.

Maybe, after some of the filth posted in response in this thread, I have (finally) ceased to give a rat's patootie. I have asked that it be deleted or at least locked. The sooner the better, imo.
