I'm trying to find the one of the Republican tool who was talking about spanking his Mistress, but the mic and recording device were on. He's a california republican so there can't be that many to choose from. |

Try San Diego, for starters, or the hinterland. Or, Orange County. And, in any case, there are just enough Republicans to make gaining a supermajority (2/3 majority, necessary for passing a budget) difficult. So, we get bad budgets, and bad horse-trading to get one passed when they finally come to some kind of agreement. But, the Duvall situation was a classic, I have to admit. "I want to make it clear that my decision to resign is in no way an admission that I had an affair or affairs. My offense was engaging in inappropriate story-telling and I regret my language and choice of words." Heh, yeah, sure. |
