The blue guy is a zombie. He isn't impressed that there is a Brazilian form of Ju Jitsu. Unfortunately, part of the humor is from earlier in the comic.

That is response to an action taken several strips earlier. The zombie had been studying under a Mister Miyagi (not Pat Morita) and had learned how to give the delayed death punch. He doesn't like the guy in 1B.

Delayed Death punches are ineffectual against even novice BJJ practitioners. This comic just doesn't make any sense.
