The blue guy is a zombie. He isn't impressed that there is a Brazilian form of Ju Jitsu. Unfortunately, part of the humor is from earlier in the comic. Yeah, maybe not so funny without context. |

That is response to an action taken several strips earlier. The zombie had been studying under a Mister Miyagi (not Pat Morita) and had learned how to give the delayed death punch. He doesn't like the guy in 1B. |
