Nor am I convinced that H1N1 was a significant health risk to the public at large. I must have a different definition of "disaster." |

Maybe in a populated, under equipped, uneducated country (couple of asian ones come to mind) it could have been a disaster, but in most western worlds it probably wasnt. |
