Another reason the idea why I distrust any argument that the government public option will do anything of the sort claimed by those in support of the plan.

I don't get this. To get Social Security, you have to submit an address, right? Or show up at some office somewhere?

If there are warrants outstanding.. instead of saying "oh, we won't pay you, Mr. Fugitive Felon," why the **** aren't we, you know, serving the warrants and arresting them?

The mind boggles.

Bureaucrats are people too, human, prone to mistakes.

Now if they would just understand that they can fix mistakes, make the problems that are obviously errors go away, that would be wonderful. Unfortunately, many are poisoned by the fact that some of the people they deal with really are dirty rotten scoundrels.
