to answer the question posed in the article... they should get permits from the city, as it is a local issue. The local populace set up the local commerce laws. |

If the city has a blanket "No soliciting without a license" law, it should apply to the water vendors as well. If it does not then the water vendors shouldn't be discriminated against. |

The porn card people aren't "selling" the porn cards. They're giving them away. Get enough and you can play a heck of a game of go fish... "Got any 36DD's?" "Nah man, go fish." In NV, you need a permit to run a business. |

I hate those porn trading card guys more than any other group of humans on Earth. It should be legal to hit them with a 2x4... |

Quote: "Got any 36DD's?" And I thought that was a minimum requirement to be on one of those cards.

My friend collected quite a few of those cards to "cover a co-workers walls", like I believed him! As for the water vendors...get a permit and stop complaining! Didn't cost me anything for a permit to sell my handcrafted items a few years ago...but you do have to claim the sales on your tax return...at least here in California. Is that maybe what they are trying to avoid? |
