On second thought I am more upset with the school district, based on the information available. It does not look like the principle was even in the room?

I strongly suspect the real goal of the Secret Service was to make sure it was, in fact, a 13-year-old boy, not someone posing as one or using the Facebook account as a front for something.

We have a policy of investigating all threats as potential problems. I don't see what's wrong with that.

I'm trying to figure out how they could possibly interpret that as a threat, regardless of the age of the submitter.

Makes you wonder what the Secret Service would do if they saw some of the thread here in Hellfire :p

Why do you think I wave at them occasionally?

This is nothing new. This is hardly the first time they have had to check threats from idle school children.
