This is why American pigs make sure that their victim is either black, brown, or holds unpopular political views. |

Gah! Joke fail. Was supposed to be a link to the Google results for "police excessive force lawsuit". How do you link a Google search result page? |

Lawsuits target the department or municipality the cops aren't personally liable for their acts so all it does is punish the taxpayers while creating very little real incentive for behavioral change. |

Mob justice is not justice. If you look closely at the video, the police officer who was doing the actual beating gets away while the officers who as far as I can tell were doing nothing wrong are the ones who are beaten. Justice would probably have been to pull the officers off the man and form a circle around him, preventing them from getting to him. |

Technically, they're all culpable, as the others certainly didn't try to stop him. I'd rather them fired then beat up either way. |

Yes, pigs protecting other pigs is actually a bigger problem than the individual porcine infractions. So **** the three who didn't pull out their nightsticks. |

For all we (and everyone in the mob) know, the other three were trying to talk down the officer who was doing the beating. They probably weren't in reality, but we don't know that, and running in and beating them all in this situation without good evidence either way isn't justice. |

Not really. I prefer non-violent problem solutions. Mobs don't generally take into consideration whether or not they are strictly following the intent of the rule of law. YMMV. OTOH, mob justice is technically a type of justice... Maybe the rule of law on the soccer field concerning such matters states that "you will be judged by a mob of your peers." |

Everyone in that soccer mob should be shot. |

Perhaps. But so should the cops for the beating (or even allowing the beating). |

Everyone deserves to die! Myself included probably. Lets all start a cult and kill ourselves. |

At about 20-23 seconds in it looks like the bald guy on the left is telling the guy with the night stick to stop, even holding out his arm to stop it. Is he the one lying unconscious on the ground? I think Chris Rock's rules to avoid a beating apply. "Everyone knows if the cops have to come and get you, they're bringing an *** kicking with them." |

The bald guy on the left trying to stop it breaks forward when the initial fan runs out and he's in the very front. It's hard to tell which guy is the one who ultimately got the worst end of the beating because he comes from off frame and as the camera zooms out, he gets lost in the shitty, pixelated 240p quality. |
