Post subject:  I need statistics on US infant mortality please
I need some statistics on infant mortality please. Posted in hellfire because I know that since you all are such sticklers for providing sources for everything, you probably know exactly where to look to find accurate numbers.

I need:

1) Miscarriage rate (I believe it's 1 in 4 pregnancies)
2) Stillbirth rate (I've heard 26,000 annually and I've heard one every 20 minutes)
3) SIDS death rate (I've seen 2,000-2,500 annually)
4) Premature birth rate including premature births resulting in death

Bonus: Some statistics on infertility rates in the US would be absolutely awesome as well.

You also need to define the term stillbirth--apparently there is some controversy on the actual definiton:

Just for the United States for now, please. And yes, it's hard to get exact numbers because of the lack of definition...most doctors that I know of define a stillbirth as a fetal death before birth, at or after 20 weeks gestation.
I went to a stillbirth website and found a statistic of 26,000 a year, went to another site and found 28,000 a year, and heard something somewhere else that is was one every 20 minutes.
That's why I'm asking for help. :)

And related documents will have a lot of what you want in them- you just have to dig through the data. I'd say that's also the most accurate, citable source.

For example, Table 7 shows the SIDS death toll at 2,461 for 2007. For some of the others, you'll have to piece together the raw data, as the CDC provides data for births relative to gestation time, which can help some with your stillbirth question.
