Being retried for the murder of her flatmate in Italy. What do you think? |

There are really two questions here. 1. Do I think she did it ("Too many unanswered questions") 2. Do I think she has been found guilty? (nope - the evidence was weak, and much of it was botched by the investigators). |

I haven't followed this one closely. I don't think anyone who isn't a juror and fully understand what's going on in a criminal case. |

My verdict is not guilty because I don't think someone like her should be in prison. |

Lex Luthor wrote: My verdict is not guilty because I don't think someone like her should be in prison. What about her if she's guilty precludes her from going to prison in your book? |

I highly doubt she's a continued danger to society where she has to be confined at large cost to taxpayers and her wellbeing. I think it's fine for her to pay civil damages. |

If she's guilty, Shes shown a disregard for human life. I don't know enough about her to say she won't show it again. |

I'd like to have voted more than one answer. I'd lean towards her innocence enough to have reasonable doubt, but not enough to say she definitely didn't do it. I also beleive there is an element of railroading the American, but I do not think that was the only reason she was found guilty. |
