The man will tell as least one bald-faced lie during his State of the Union Address. Beyond, I don't think anyone cares. His presidency is a failure; his re-election is guaranteed; and the United States is peopled by idiots who think voting for the president matters. |

Locally, there is at least a smallish chance enough people gather to force change, but not often. Otherwise, even local elections don't do much these days. Rich pay off seat holders, most never brought to justice, and the wheel keeps turning. I vote because I feel obligated morally, but I never have faith that it will make a tinker's damn difference. |

I thought he was supposed to be telling us about "The State of the Union?" The real state of the Union. Not telling us Bullshit about what he thinks he wants people to hear.
