http://isidewith.com Has any checked out this site? It has a quiz you can take to allegedly match you up with the Presidential candidate who best matches your answers. It also seems to be aggregating results to give an idea of who is more popular (on the site, at least). Anyone have any opinion on the site? |

There aren't enough answers that start with "No, eliminate all federal..." for this to be a valid test for me.... Apparently I agree with Barack Obama on 10% of no issues? It's a bit wonky, but the result doesn't really surprise me much... Midgen's Results wrote: 94% Gary Johnson Libertarian

Jill Stein - 86% Barack Obama - 83% Gary Johnson - 74% Mitt Romney - 30% Economy - Obama Domestic Policy - Johnson Social - Johnson Foreign Policy - Stein (almost certainly wrong, since I often favor military intervention, not just diplomatic stuff) Environment - Stein Health Care - Johnson (almost certainly wrong, since I generally support PPACA) Immigration - Johnson Science - Obama & Stein So, yeah, the foreign policy and health care results seem off, but overall, I'd say this is roughly accurate for me. I'm pretty much a moderate Dem with libertarian leanings on domestic issues and interventionist leanings on foreign policy issues. |

Apparently he's the Libertarian candidate (according to your first post). You were aware that there are other parties that field presidential candidates, right? |

At least for me this test is a bit biased because I know this stances of my favored candidates well. |

Spoiler: This shows Obama as being for welfare to work, and expanding offshore drilling which I don't agree that he is. At the very least his actions don't point that direction. also I have umbrige with the similarity of similar answers with pretty much every candidate. hopefully those are counting for less points |

I took this a couple of months ago. I believe my order of preference was Gary Johnson (~75%), Ron Paul (~65), ... Barack Obama (~54), Mitt Romney (~30). Don't overlook the fact that some sections have expanded questions you can also answer to get more accurate results. Figuring that out after the first time changed my numbers substantially. |

Yeah, thanks for the heads up on the "Choose another answer" option. Most of my responses came from there: Spoiler: I am a bit surprised at the Libertarian result, however. 76% Lib, 75% Obama? Kind of schizophrenic. And, yeah, who the hell is Rocky Anderson? |

That was 97% Johnson (http://www.isidewith.com/results/15547175) I was looking up mine, and found your tweet. I was 98/73/13 Johnson/Romney/Obama. (http://www.isidewith.com/results/123400131) |

How can you side within 15% of Gary Johnson, Mitt Romney and Baraka Obama? That makes no sense. Yes, I said Baraka, the Tarkatan from Mortal Kombat. Yes, Baraka is a character in other works of fiction. **** that. |

Actually when I look at it now there's a new section that says "You" and I agree with my past self 89%, apparently. I think that link was the one I took before I figured out the expanded questions thing. |
