This just happened a few hours ago, so the details are still somewhat sketchy..

One of the good samaritans (probably a security guard from the shopping center) was shot in the arm, also assisted with detaining the man. He can be seen wearing a suit at the beginning, holding his arm, and towards the end being attended to by a medic.

Obviously everyone involved other than the suspected criminal is racist.
