Because with national socialized medicine, some sacrifices will have to be made for overall health. Also, it lets us control who is and is not allowed to reproduce. |

Also delving past the headline reveals this gem. Quote: The Korean eunuchs had privileged positions and lifestyles. However, authors Kyung-Jin Min and Cheol-Koo Lee believe their longer lifespans were due to some additional factors, apart from good nutrition and socio-economic status. The authors explained that while eunuchs clearly lived longer than other males, it is not possible to put this down solely to their lack of testicles.
