Heh, probably a little of column A and a little of column B, but I was referring to the article you linked. How anyone could get all up in arms over any of the examples listed there is beyond me. Apparently these idiots haven't heard the phrase "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery". Especially in the Victoria's Secret and No Doubt examples, it's very obvious that those are attempts at positive imagery.
