Nothing you didn't already know. Guns are political power, and a disarmed populace is a controlled populace. Every little step (including magazine size limitations) toward disarmament is surrendering freedom. Yada yada yada... This is an image that needs to get out to the rest of the world. There's this mental stereotype of the American pro-gun lobby as a bunch of redneck cowboy freaks yelling yee-haw, shooting in the air, and also at anybody coming to their front door. It's not a deserved stereotype, but it's the perception. This man is a chinese immigrant that survived a well known act of oppression against students demonstrating for freedom. It lends his words a certain weight that another person might not have. |
