Nothing was laugh worthy until 1:15 when he tried to explain what "causes" AIDS. After that I just got annoyed that the laughs were covering up what he actually said, which made it hard to pick apart his testimony and laugh at him myself. |

Addressing the laugh track issue, it definitely detracts from the video. I strongly dislike laugh tracks in general. Regarding the video content matter,  and  about sums it up.
