The Glade 4.0

I am on the phone, on hold, waiting for a person to give me access to a program. I need access to this program so that I can submit a request to a second person to give me access to a form. Once I get access to the form, I can submit the form as a request for a third person to manually move a file from one location to another.

I could do this in about twenty seconds on my own, if another program somewhere down the line would accept a 21MB file. But of course, it's arbitrarily capped at 20MB. I should see what the process is to get that changed...

I believe that you have to file a TPS Report first. Just be sure to put a cover letter on it.

I would, but the scripting in the app moves it and then does an import into some proprietary software. I don't have access to modify the script to put a step in to recombine the file.

Of course you have to understand it was likely another way until too many idiots couldn't move a file correctly.

Maybe the app has some sort of bypass option?
