I took away your moderator roles. You should still be able to create stickies and announcements. You should not be able to delete or lock posts though.

If you feel this is change makes you unable to fulfill your role as a PbP GM, let me know.

It should be possible to give them permissions to lock and delete threads only within their individual pbp domains.

I suspect the basic problem seems is that global announcements show up in all their individual pbp domains, so when Diamondeye accidentally deleted the board rules, it was a bit of a pain. :)
