I added this to my NetFlix as a lark as I normally detest mech-anime and have been greatly surprised by the series. The humor is fantastic and not over the top. It is what Bobo-bo-bobobo could have been if the writers had taken it a few shades more seriously or FLCL if the writers had taken the topic a bit less seriously. Very enjoyable.

The art style is somewhat similar to "Dead Leaves." That movie had a character named Drill Dick in it. Coincidence?
