I make brownie muffins with pecans (the recipe doesn't work without 'em), but regular brownies? Chocolate chunks. Or maybe chunked up peanut butter cups, with peanut butter fudge icing. I also have a recipe that has white chips and dried cherries, but that's not really a brownie anymore, it's a black forest bar cookie. Butterscotch chips can be good. And I've made mint brownies with cut up Andes mints.

How could you guys not like hot melted fudge and chocolate bits in your brownie sided with good vanilla ice cream and some desert white...

The important bits being the melted fudge and chocolate... hehe..
