Anyone else see it?

If you are a fan of 'Community', AD&D, or just want to see Chevy Chase in rare form, watch this episode. I lol'd.

Totally saw it, it was amazing.

This has become the best show on television, I hope they can keep it up, and if not, I hope they give it an honorable death. I would hate to see this one jump the shark.

It's generally okay. It has the virtue of being on after Jeopardy on a night where I have nothing else to watch.

Yes this episode was amazing though.

This was a fun episode. Chang's makeup was really funny and disturbing for some reason though. It's one thing when you see a Drow in an illustration or a video game, but somehow it was...jarring(?)...on screen.

Anyway, Community is a great, funny show. I would say to check it out if you haven't already.

I couldn't stop laughing at her comment "so, are we just going to ignore this hate crime?"

If you think that's bad, you should see one up close sometime. I don't know if any inhabit the Ohio Ren Faire, but I saw a couple at the one in Texas.

I had never watched Community, but after checking out the subject episode, I might have to give it a looksie. Can you say "dickish" on broadcast TV? Apparantly so.

Anyone want to fill me in on the relationship between Neil and Pierce? There is something more there than just Pierce being dickish to the fat guy.

That is the sum total of the relationship. Neil has never been in another episode, this was his first appearance. The ferocity of Pierce's attack was purely because Neil was in his chair, and because Pierce is a dick. :)

In case any are curious, the episode is currently on Hulu. I don't know for exactly how much longer, though! link: http://www.hulu.com/watch/212754/commun ... s-p1-so-i0

Never saw Community before. I'm not big on TV watching, so I doubt I'll pick up watching it, but I can say I definitely enjoyed the episode. :p Had some great moments, and I like the overall idea behind this episode too.

Fat Neal was in at least one previous episode as a throw away joke.

John Oliver: "Fat Neal?"
Neal: "Just Neal is fine."
John Oliver: "No, it's not."

Or something... the Asian Population Studies episode?

However, yeah, Pierce is generally a dick.

The good thing about a show like this is that the characters seem to adhere to basic easily identifiable comedic archetypes. So you can watch an episode of interest and not have to know anything about the characters.

Yeah, I figured he'd been in a crowd scene or something before and someone would correct me, but the character had never been in the storyline before. :)
