To design a unified database and website for hosting a very unique fantasy sports league.

How "very unique" could it be? Aren't there Bloodbowl leagues?

It's scoring system and format are based on a reasonably complex algorithm which works to translate individual statistical output into an actual team-game outcome on a game by game basis.

There is nothing like it available in the fantasy sports market today. It accounts for line-up and batting order, as well as individual starting pitching and bull-pen performance.
