Wow. I hope the bully wasn't seriously injured; would suck to get sued or something.

But damn. Is it just me, or does the skinny kid look like he's buddies with the cameraman? Talk about stupid. "Yeah, let's get video footage of me causing trouble! That couldn't possibly turn a situation that's just my word against his into a no-win case for me!"

Youtube was having issues at one point with kids videoing themselves bullying others and posting it to further humiliate the victim. Looks like this was one of those type of things.

Good for that kid, he did exactly the right thing.

Good thing Zangief-kid didn't kill the small, frail bully kid.

Good for him, though.

The kid being bullied got suspended as well according to a TMZ article. I guess its to be expected, but still doesn't seem right.

I didn't read the description and I thought at first the little kid was the one who was getting bullied and he had decided to just fight back. I was wondering how the hell was he going to powerbomb the bigger kid.

Good for you kid.

I was waiting for the girl in the background to start calling out, "Ralphie!" as he spouted obscenities...

If you bully the wrong person they might snap, it's risky business. I guess some kids need to learn the hard way.

That rules Kaffis.

I think the other unfortunate thing here is that many people don't get just how important of a life lesson Casey learned.

Should have finished him when he was down and wounded?

LOL. I'm hoping you all are just being funny.

Actually the lesson he hopefully learned is that you can stand up for yourself.

I suspect he's going to have a huge boost in self confidence. And I suspect that he won't get picked on again at that school.

LOL. Yes. Tongue was firmly planted in cheek.

Good for Casey and I hope this is a turnaround for him and hopefully all bullied kids.

Humor wasn't my intent in this instance. Apparently you have not read Ender's Game?

As much as parents (who don't remember much about what it's like being a kid) hate to see videos like this and are completely appalled, it's something that happens and happens often. The idea of trying to stop kids beating up other kids is a futile one. Casey responded appropriately and will likely not be messed with by that kid any longer.

There was a time when I was in 3rd grade that another kid had me on my knees and in a headlock. One of the teachers who was on recess-duty broke it up. Afterward he came in close and whispered to me, "The next time that happens, give them a really hard jab with the elbow!" It's not the politically correct response, or the parental preferred response, but in the schoolyard... it's the right response. I'll never forget your wisdom, Mr. Law. Awesome name, by the way.

Were he younger, I'd assume he'd end all of his schoolyard fights victoriously bellowing "I AM THE LAW!"

I learned early on that clumsily smashing a bully's head into a cinderblock wall was frowned upon. Only took once per school though. I was almost always big enough it wasn't a huge problem.
