1: Carolina - Cam Newton
2: Denver - Von Miller
3: Buffalo - Marcell Dareus (Woot! Never thought he had a chance to be here at 3. Elite NT/DT types who can also play bump rush end at 320 don't exactly stumble down the road every day.)
4: Cincinnati - A.J. Green

Why boo? From what I've read, there's nothing but applause and whatnot for Cleveland's move. They got out of the top 10, and picked up 2 more picks this year, and 2 more next year.

If Cleveland was one superstar away from a trophy, yeah, I could see boo. But I don't think they're in that boat. They need a lot.

I'm happy with Seattle's first pick. As long as Okung can stay healthy on the left side, a big bruising nasty tackle on the right helps him out. Sure, we could use a QB, but at that point, there's noone *worth* that high of a pick.

They traded down to 27, fine. Love the picks. Then traded away our third-rounder to move back up to take... a fat guy. Last I checked the draft was over-loaded on fat guys.

Ah, yeah. That *is* perplexing. Scuttlebutt has it that Taylor would have been available to the Browns @ 26.

Ok, I affirm your Boo. ;)

Especially since the guy played 3-4 in college, we switched to a 4-3 and already have Rubin to fill the middle. I am glad we didn't take Julio Jones because he appears to be another guy in the Quincy Morgan/Braylon Edwards mold (hands straight out of a movie-theater popcorn bucket) but that doesn't change the fact that we need a WR desperately and with no free-agency this year I don't see where else we could get one.

Free agency will likely begin after this weekend.

How? No one is under any contract.

The buzz is that a deal will be in place.

Also, Detroit's interior d-line is going to be freakish. I can't believe Fairley fell that far.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday. If they can shore up their o-line they are gonna be a force.

Was thinking that too. That's a stout, young d-line.

No surprises here: The New England Patriots had the best day two of the draft, and go into next year with two picks in each of next year's first and second rounds.

I'm depressed that they haven't worked out the BS yet.

Having talks three weeks apart because the judge is *busy* is absolutely retarded. They should be talking all day, every day until its fixed.

we're running out of time. grrr.

Players should be in training camp, free agency should be happening... and we get "Oh there's more talks scheduled for next month. "

He has a lazy streak and tends to take plays off. That is why he fell. With the right coach and the right players around him...he could turn out very well. I am excited about the coming season. If there is one.

I disagree. He's an absolute monster. He fell because of off-field issues, and when coupled with Suh, he could be freakish. I'm not even sure what kind of blocking scheme could account for the two of them running stunts, plus any combination of three or four other blind rushers...
