Hawaii short-forms are titled Certifications of Live Birth, not Certificates.

That said, the only thing that will perpetuate the argument now is the same thing that's perpetuated the argument since it started: who has standing to verify the Constitutional Eligibility of a candidate?

It is not the "People". It is not individual citizens. It is not Congress. It is not a State. It is not competing candidates.

Who has standing? Regardless of the outcome or veracity of a Hawaii birth, the damage was done in the legal system long before this point.

This was your argument. I have not heard this argument made on one single main stream network, cable network, or radio broadcast. A lot of people were focused on Obama's birth certificate, I would suggest moreso than were concerned about standing.

So I think that if this comes up again in main stream, it will be because of crazy. The debate will continue about standing, but this will not be widely discussed.

And, apparently, so are their long forms.

Well, it does say date above, not date below. I realize that might not deter some of the bigger nutballs, but really I hardly expect the registrar would process it the same day as the birth, especially back when there were no computers.
