Watched the first 4 episodes. Good stuff so far. I like that things have changed... for the most part.

WHY DID YOU DUMP TESS CARTER?!?! She moved to Australia and broke up with you... then you have a chance to get her back and *you* dump her? WTF

I agree completely. So incredibly boneheaded.

Its almost as if the writers deem Alison/Carter the OTP. Personally, I don't see the same chemistry between Alison and Carter than I did with Tess/Carter. On a side note, I was hoping that Nathan would come back in this new timeline. But, that would get in the way of Alison/Carter... so we can't have that. I thought I was missing an episode when the "previously on Eureka showed Carter and Tess breaking up. Cause we go from "Hey, I'm going to australia!" to "Its not working out Jack, goodbye." Then she's back and she's all "I love you" and "Why are you being a dick"

There was one timeline in a previous episode where he married Alison and lived happily ever after, but then he had to save the world for the nth time and everything changed...

I wondered if they're gong back to that.

There's also the thing in the pilot where Carter and his daughter pass a car going the other way and see themselves in it, I more than half expect that to pop up some time.

yah, 3 more weeks till it returns finally

Is it really getting moved to Tuesdays though? Everything i find says its returning 12/7/2010, taking WH13's spot??

Thats what look like Sci-fi is doing moving Wrestling to Fridays and there original Series to Tuesday. I havent been able to find a time slot, for the 12/7 Eureka special, just typical internet rumors and Wiki Article's. Looks like according to sci-fi's site, its just a christmas special on 12/7 with New Episodes Returning 2011 *sigh*

Eps 2 and 3 are kinda dodgy, I'm really not liking the Carter/Alison thing at all. I just don't see the chemistry between them. They're friends, and Carter lost to Nathan... but eh. I'm interested to see what happens with Bev and whatever she did to Alison.

One thing is *really* bothering me.
