She might be LK. Looking at the paint job on the outside of the elevator door that is a pretty universal hospital green I see.

And yes, the R is frequently used around here at hospitals to let people get the gurneys out and headed in the direction they need to go.

I can't say I've ever seen a "roof" button on an elevator.

It's been my experience that "rear door" buttons follow the floor number they work on, such as "2R":
