My dad used to watch him play occasional volleyball pick-up games on the beach in Aptos. Said he really was good at the game.

I played competitive USVBA volleyball for a few years when I was on Active Duty. He would come out to Travis Air Force Base gym and scrimmage with us. The team he played for at the time and ours were in the same league. They found that practicing on the base cut way down on the crowds.

On that list I would not vote Obama, Nader or Bachman. I could see myself voting for Cain, Romney, Johnson or Perry as more of a 'not Obama' vote. So we'll see who the nominee is.

Well, it looks like Perry and Romney are the clear winners on the Repub side. Unfortunately if you combined all of their votes, they would still not be able to unseat Obizzle.

Such a shame there's not a more popular candidate in the running.

edit: There are pluses and minuses to Ron Paul getting the nomination. On one hand, the Republicans would prove they're idiots once again. On the other hand, I'd get to go fishing election day.

Yes, I'm tweaking the pot a little, but I'd go fishing and forget the whole thing if those two were my choices. (Obama and Paul)

No way in hell would I vote for Perry, Bachmann, or Romney.

I like Nader, but he's too much of a one issue guy, voting for him is a protest vote and a consumers rights vote, but not much else.

Paul still annoys me, but he does have some good points. I just don't see him having the presence to be as diverse a POTUS as we need. I don't see hm getting us out of the economic mess we're in.

Of course, I don't see any of the candidates doing that. Still think we need the other Clinton in charge of that.

If the primary comes to Perry and Romney, I'll vote against the idiot from Texas. Yes, I'm still registered Republican.

I think its time for the Wall Street protesters to storm the Bastille. No clue as to what they can do to have that effect.

It's hard to understand what they want. They're protesting their own right to invest money in a company and expect a profit from the investment? I don't get it.

My zeal for Perry has been tempered lately. I like a lot of his qualitys but he has some other issues that I'm not on board with. Will wait and see.

Paul...ugh...I'd support him in a position somewhere as long as it didn't involve communicating whatsoever with people from other countrys.

People still wanting to vote for the Failure-in-Chief boggle my mind but hey, you have every right to cast your vote any way you see fit even if it does help kill this country.

I voted for Cain in this poll for no other reason than I dig him more than everyone else represented at this point.

I'm very frustrated that we don't have a clear front runner to dispose of Obama. The guy is ripe for the picking. Get anyone up there with some experience and a good track record and they could dispose of Obama without much trouble.

Would it not be amazing if Palin came in and won the nomination? Given the current situation, that is. Bad thing is I'd have to interrupt my fishing trip. (But I still hope Newt is the nominee.)
