Maybe I will be able to play it. Maybe not.

NCsoft made it extremely clear that they do not want my money. That my money is tainted and full of ogre stink. They do not, in any way, want it or want me playing their game. And believe me, I spent 2 solid weeks trying really hard to give them some. After that, I said "Screw it" and gave up.

I wish it were. Basically during one of my Warcraft lulls (of which I am in currently) I decided to give CoH/CoV a try since my video card could likely handle the game far better than my old 6800 did when I last played it.

Well, getting my old account information was difficult; nay, impossible. Their account retrieval system was atrocious and did not work properly. And after my attempts to contact ncsoft via email yielded no results, I resorted to the phone system. Which was nearly as bad, if not worse, than their online system.

After my frustrations reached a very decent peak, I threw up my hands and called it quits that it was not worth the effort and energy in attempting to resurrect a game I hadn't played in (at the time) 5 years.

You'll be able to unlock 2 characters and one character per char slot you've earned (through Vet rewards) and each slot you may have bought....

If you're a brand new new player (aka never given them ANY money) you'll be maxed at 2 characters

Oh my. Naught but good can come of this for Neksar. I've got a few veteran rewards, so that means that I'll hopefully get to see my epic archetypes to their full potential, as well as getting my mains up to max level. Hell, I may even have an ancient controller from years and years prior still locked up, and I hear those will be at a premium as well.

EDIT: Err, controller the archetype, not controller the input device.

Some of us hang out on Virtue, some on Victory, and I think Raell hangs out on Guardian.

I have characters on both Virtue and Guardian.

Anyone still paying for an account? I need help with my base on guardian...hehe. Free accounts can't pay up keep.

Tells are for finishing tier 2 paragon rewards (2 rewards tokens), which iirc would be one month sub or 1200 paragon points... its not THAT bad, since I think you get one reward token during the tutorial. Buy the 1200 points, and you'll be able to buy access to the invention system for like 6-7 months, and you'll get all the tier 2 stuff as well :3
