Open the link, click the "Edit" button at the top of the menu... Then zoom into the area you want to add the placemark, and click the 'Add Placemark' icon at the top left corner of the map and drop it where you want it on the map.

Edit the fields, and click "Ok", then click "Done" on the left menu to get out of edit mode.
