Shadow Broker remains the best DLC, but it is my assumption that the events at the end of this pack will be directly continued at the beginning of part 3, so at the very least take a second to read some spoilers if you don't wanna spend $10.

Yeah, like I said before...it's a bridge DLC. Kinda like the prologue of Mass Effect 3. But it's actually only $7. 560 points. I'd certainly recommend Lair of the Shadowbroker, though. Good times in that one.

That's actually not a bad idea. Unless you want an extra heavy weapon ammo, medigel capacity and 10% more health upgrade for Shepard. Because you can technically do the mission right after Horizon, even though it makes no sense to do it then.

Just finished my Paragon runthrough of ME 1 and 2. This game's bloody brilliant :)

Although, I'm not a fan of the rpg-liteness of ME2. I *hate* the clip mechanic as it feels like a technological leap backwards. I like the Heavy weapons, and the interrupt system during dialogue is <3. Only 30 levels isn't as good, and I had character points leftover on just about everyone. And I want my inventory and upgrade system back. I dislike ammo powers and miss the flexibility of ME1's system.

However, story, and all that jazz is incredible. And combat's still fun, despite the changes. I like the squad control, and cover mechanics.

Also, in the DLC, I have found my favorite video game vehicle evar. Taking the top spot from the Scorpion Tank from Halo... is the M-44 Hammerhead Hovertank. My god I love this thing, and wish it could replace the Mako in ME1.

Shadow Broker, Overlord, Firewalker, and Arrival were good value for the cost. Entertaining (if shortish) and contributed to the storyline.

I really can't wait for ME3 to come.

Mako was horrible. The Hammerhead was totally awesome.

Screeling prefers the Mako to the Hammerhead. You can now disregard every opinion of his in the future.

**** the Mako!

Dammit. Why couldn't they have done this for KotOR instead of making it an MMO? It's exactly what I wanted from TOR.

Honestly, multiplayer is one of the two main reasons why NWN took off so well.

Honestly you're being pretty dramatic. I'm one of the biggest Mass Effect fans around and I'm pumped about the additional mode. It makes sense in the story, it's not required for the single player campaign to be fully completed, and it has a SEPARATE team working on it.

It's gonna be fantastic.

Yeah. I don't really care about it because they are using a completely different team to work on it so the resources aren't being taken away from the single player team. Might be fun, but I can't say I'm excited about it or anything. I'm guessing it will be very similar to Firefight in Halo...except better because Mass Effect has classes.

Aside from the **** that would result from having multiple Shepards, I think Mass Effect could stand to benefit a lot from a co-op multiplayer campaign.

Co-op stuff is all new characters, none of the main storyline people. That's partly why the multiplayer makes sense, because the whole galaxy is going to be at war and you can pretty much play on multiple front lines.

See that could be kind of cool. You put together a squad of people rather than relying on AI.

Which is exactly how it is going to be. I will admit that when I first heard "Multiplayer Mass Effect 3" I was kinda pissed. But then they said it was a different team working on that and I didn't have a problem with it anymore. So yeah. Not totally excited, but will at least give it a shot.
