Not a poster board Foamy, it is the Fridge...picture magnets on the fridge. I don't recall what the picture actually is that you mention, but I'm sure my friend has not put a naked pic on the fridge. Last I remember looking, they were pics of family and friends like most people put on their fridge.

Yep ;) Its not so much the pounds that I've lost, its more the inches. I'm having trouble getting below 250ish. Been stuck there this month. In the past few days, Its going down again, slowly. But in spite of the weight staying the same, I've lost an inch each around my chest, hips and waist in the past 15 days.

Excellent!..you aren't losing because you are building muscle to replace the fat. Healthy muscle means an active metabolism...the weight loss will come once your body adjusts and compensates for the added activity.
