I blame parents.

Schools have to have greater than or equal to levels of tolerance than the parents of their students, just to avoid liability.

Florida is a weird state. I'm not too surprised this happened there.

This has nothing to do with FLorida being weird. It has everything to do with exactly what Taskiss said.

Oonagh just had one of her students make a comment to another student of the opposite sex about their butt. As soon as the student receiving the comment reported it to Oonagh that it made them uncomfortable, she HAD to report it.

This is a direct result of the nonsense litigation that could come of this. If a parent gets wind of this from their child and there was no report of it from the schools, then there will be hell to pay.

Thankfully These policies didn't exist when I was in my Teens(I'd probably would have gotten 25 to Life)
