I had a lack of faith after Game 4, but now I see how wrong I was. Good luck to the Cardinals next year, but now on to beat the Tigers!

Grats to both teams. I don't have a favorite of these two. They are both fairly close to the top of my list of favorite teams. And I like Fister and Cabrera for the Tiggers, and Posey is a great player too. I'd be happy if either wins...

Nothing personal to all the Tigers fans here, and I like Jim Leyland, but ... Yeah, they're gonna get stomped. I think they layoff is really going to hurt them, while the Giants are on a roll and playing well.

I really hope I'm wrong. :D

Well, that is their official club name. While historically accurate (they were the LAA between 1961 and 1965, until they moved to Anaheim), it's kind of offensive to most folks in LA to hear broadcasters and such talk about "Los Angeles" when talking about an AL team. Orange County and Los Angeles are worlds apart, even if separated only by 50 miles or so. Such a blatant and obvious marketing ploy to tap into a much larger market for them.

"Beat LAAofA!"? I don't think they engender that much hate, really.
