The Glade 4.0

Anyone else into it? Just bottled my first batch last night, an American brown ale. 46 bottles of hopefully-delicious.

I've helped a friend do it, but never tried it myself. I find they're kind of hit and miss, so I hope yours is a hit.

My first batch ended up being overall very decent. My only misstep was in the bottling process, I measured my carbonating sugar incorrectly and only ended up using half as much as I should have. My beer ended up being relatively flat after the pour (half inch head, not much else) but flavor and alcohol wise it was really good. It ended up around 4% ABV and was very drinkable.

Starting my next batch today! I'm attempting to clone Allagash White witbier, one of my wife's favorites, hoping it'll be ready by the time we go camping for her birthday in late March. Here we go!
