My first batch ended up being overall very decent. My only misstep was in the bottling process, I measured my carbonating sugar incorrectly and only ended up using half as much as I should have. My beer ended up being relatively flat after the pour (half inch head, not much else) but flavor and alcohol wise it was really good. It ended up around 4% ABV and was very drinkable.
