Got it for 10 bucks through my work, I haven't changed my Outlook over yet or really taken a chance to dig into it. Anyone have any thoughts/ experiences yet?

13's fine. A bit different, but not radically so if you're well used to 07.

The only thing I don't like about it...it is linked to my user profile. I look up in the corner and see a little picture of myself. It is rather distracting.

I like it. It appears more fluid than 2010, and that they've made some enhancements to the ribbon interface. Overall though, just an incremental upgrade to 2010, instead of a light year leap like 2007->2010.
